I suspect the old lady might get a bit chilly in her current outfit. :D

Seriously, though, I really like this. It has a definate feel of being frozen. The wolf's pose is fairly awkward but overall I really like it. Seems to be a good illustration of an idea.

Thanks. I do need to work on that wolf. Thaks for verifying that! =D

Old man Tucker what a fine old man
Washed his face in a frying pan
Combed his hair with a wagon wheel
Died with a toothache in his heel

wow man, wow, ravens nevermore indeed...and then some haha.. this is bloody fantastic, all from the lineweight to the detail. I didn't think it was possible to create like a misty/soft effect around the characters. Something right out of a graphic Novel, speaking of which I just came back from 300:D

but yeah well done mate! This is one I am sure you are deeply proud of:) those tree's are gorgeous!

I was hoping to see a further evolution of the Winter Queen sketch you posted some time ago, well, the finished illustration is *awesome*.
I adore the background - are you going to do a series of four pieces, set in the very same place but in different seasons?
The ambientation is the same as in the autumn piece, isn't it? Same lake, next to the same tree and the same rocks.

Is this in Graphite Ben? I´m seriously making love to it with my eyes! You must have computered something!!?? Even tough the whole diorama of the picture, what I think is the most impressing and makes the picture so strong is the background, I shall study it closely!^^fav

Just stoping by to spread some drool around   and remind you that this one shall be available as a print when you're done with it :worship:
